已成功举办了十五届的IET交直流输电国际会议 (ACDC) 是电力系统领域久负盛名的国际性输电会议。历届ACDC会议多在欧洲举办，获得了专业技术人员、研究机构学者、高校研究人员及业界专家的普遍认可与广泛关注。
随着中国近年来电力研究的发展，及多个大型特高压输电项目的完成，中国在输电技术领域的成就举世瞩目。自2016年来，IET中国联合清华大学首次将ACDC会议引入中国，得到了国内能源电力领域广大学者及相关企业的热烈响应。
2020定址西安，
IET将再次联手清华大学，共同举办第十六届交直流输电国际会议ACDC2020，会议拟定于2020年6月25-26日在古都西安举行。
征文范围包括（但不限于）：
